I'm looking for a sound-card that will allow me to simultaneously record
(transfer) 4 analog tracks from a 4-track reel-to-reel to my computer
hard-drive, keeping the 4 tracks separate.

Any suggestions?

Quite a few in use in the recording/industrial/broadcast industries. They
are fairly expensive and would generally require that you use one of a few
sound programs that accept multitrack input.

I bought an older MidiMan OCI sound card on the advise of a friend
but I fear it's no longer supported.
For new 4 channel cards, see
